    Another quality Walthers product, and I already have a couple of these. And the trick is to find a really good deal on them. The seller described the item well, but all I needed to see was the item and the price. And they sent their own email, in addition to the eBay notice, to let me know it had shipped. And it arrived quickly and safely packed in a cardboard box with extra filler around it.

    Solid performer at a good price.

    This transformer is more than adequate for powering a small O Gauge train. Smooth controller and simple power block design should ensure reliable operation for a long time. Just be aware that this device does not come with a fixed voltage accessory post so you will have to connect turnouts to track power. If it had this feature, I would give it a five star rating.a

    Power to spare

    If, like most people getting into O Gauge Model Railroading, you end up buying a starter set that has the bare minimal DC power supply. That works fine for a few weeks or months, but once you add some rolling stock, you need more power. That's where this wonderful power supply takes over. It will power your locomotives with no problems.
