Advertised wireless dog fence as “new” but sent a beat up box that had to be wrapped in tape to stay together. Inside was a collar with the end cut and burned - clearly used. The mounting bracket was already attached to the unit and the manual looked like the dog had chewed it. Yet the seller still told me it was new. Seriously? For his part he did offer to replace the used parts but I had no confidence that the sending unit wasn’t used too. Steer clear!
