Love the slim design
Love the slim design (doesn't stick out far from your back), but it also has the ability to expand pretty well. The downside is that the laptop compartment has no padding whatsoever, just a nylon slip pocket with an elastic edge, which results in the pocket stretching with the weight of the laptop against it. The bag has a ton of space and storage compartments. As a petite woman, it fits me really well.
