    Bant-It First time user

    My tool came new in box as described. Instructions were included and gave a fair description of how to use the C00169 tool. After I experimented with the tool a bit I created a band on a c-core transformer, it took some time getting used to handling the tool but with a little practice I feel good with it now. It seems to work consistent and as expected.
