    A bit disappointing, but not horrible

    The third entry in the Assassin's Creed series is basically just a rehash of the previous two, but with the revolutionary war spin and some distractions baked into the gameplay. They added a sea battle mode where you command a late 18th century ship, complete with sails and cannons, and drive it around the eastern seaboard. Unfortunately, I don't think it was very successful. The game's story itself is a bit dull, but if you're looking to complete the trilogy, it might be worth checking out. The game also suffers from an overlong story. Without giving too much away, you begin as one character and eventually switch to a different one. The buildup of the first is far too long and leaves you bored by the time you start the second. Overall, I don't know if I'd recommend this game. I picked it ...
