I can say that, however, that the seller mailed the package quickly (as best as you can do with UPS), that the box was brand new and sealed, as described, and that the price was a good 20% less had I bought it elsewhere. Much appreciated!

At NO FAULT of the seller because it is a Samsung design issue, did have to replace antenna for consistent service. A return and full refund was offered by the seller but it was an $11 fix so that is the route I went since the person who recieved the phone is a tech guru. Seller shipping and communication is top notch. Will purchase future products!!! A+++
