    The seller was wonderful and fair. He deivered the printer in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, Fedex treated the box like it was a basketball. Also they delivered to my fron door and instead of palcing under the awning over my front door, they left it on the top step in the rain. The box was, dented , ripped and soaking wet. Mechandise was wet as well. Seller immediatley stepped in to make everything right and sent me a return label the next day. Thank you.

    Great little unit !!

    I was having trouble geting my old external Samsung unit to produce a good DVD. After 3 trys, I finally had a DVD with only ONE bad spot in it. In frustration I decided to see if a new unit would resolve my problems. When the LG unit arrived, the first thing I tried to do was play the DVD with the bad spot. The LG unit played the entire DVD without an issue. None of my other players could do this. I was impressed. Next, I recreated the same DVD on the LG unit. The DVD it created played perfectly on every player I own. I can now understand why this unit is rated a top pick on several web sites. I do agree that the unit seems somewhat fragile, but if treated properly, it should provide you with solid performance. I might add, it is nice that it is powered by a single USB cord, ...

    Good product

    Hi, this product may be good quality but one downside is that after you have purchased this item, one has to buy a software that is installed in this item. When I purchased mine, I thought it was plug and play. It was not. It came with cyberlink powerdvd software. It was mandatory to buy full suite. In the buying instructions it was not indicated. This was kind of hidden charge. I tried to play my dvds, but I couldn't do it. So I had to part with USD 69 in order to use it.

    Great value; Ripped a couple of DVDs to MKV files with no problems

    I immediately used it to rip some DVDs to MKV files, and it worked very well. It's very light weight - which I'm not sure if that's good or bad, but for the $16 price, we'll see how long it lasts. This drive does have very good reviews outside of Ebay, which is why I bought it.

    Great piece of equipment for those who still occasionally burn to disks !

    Was worried it wouldn't work with Windows 10, but it does just fine. Is light weight, which is kind- of A setback, as you need two- hands to load blanks, unlike A desktop- inclusive burner.

    Too light weight. Have to use both hands to get disc in or out.

    The components maybe fine but the whole thing is nothing but lightweight plastic making it seem cheap and flimsy.
