I had requested the tonearm and sensor arm to be wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage. I don’t think that message was communicated to those packing it. Two similar turntables I bought had major damage after being packed without securing the tonearm. Thankfully this turntable didn’t suffer from damage. It works very well and sounds great. I would buy from this seller again.

Unfortunately, FedEx caused significant damage to part of the structure of the printer even though the seller had it fully bubble-wrapped. The printer seems to still work okay and the Seller is working to get a partial refund from FedEx. Seller has been very proactive in dealing with the damage issue, even though its wasn't Seller's fault. Good communications. Highly recommend this seller.
