Looks like they tried to ship it in a paper bag mailer but it couldn't fit so they put both the paper mailer and the product in a box with the adhesive stuck to the product. It was crushed in transit, but the item was undamaged and still usable. Item was used as advertised and showed wear on the outer panel. All things considered it was priced well and I was able to get my old laptop functional again! Good deal!

Shipped fast, was exactly as described... They claim to have tested the item but I'm pretty sure they did not... In the end, it all worked out. Though... I will say it again... if you have a problem, you may be stunned at how they approach problem resolution... I didnt see the item condition was used and went with what the title said new; the battery has 300 cycles on it at 85% life left. Only reason why this isn't negative is because the price was reasonable and I need a battery. To anyone considering an item from this seller, double or triple check the description, title and item details.
