Unfortunately, FedEx caused significant damage to part of the structure of the printer even though the seller had it fully bubble-wrapped. The printer seems to still work okay and the Seller is working to get a partial refund from FedEx. Seller has been very proactive in dealing with the damage issue, even though its wasn't Seller's fault. Good communications. Highly recommend this seller.
