The items were less than the value advertised ( value being less than advertised ). The items ordered were supposed to have a strength of 100 pounds pull but we're about 1/20th of 100 pounds. The seller agreed to refund my money since the items were incorrect and returns were not accepted. Seller retains good standing with eBay.

    It went well. Something BAD about EBAY is that you can't cancel the order after you place it, even if you make a mistake, you are screw, and that's not right. The order gets shipped and there's nothing you can do. The only thing you could do is to reach out of the seller. In this case the seller was able to respond the next day (you are in the limbo for a while), Other than that, you'll be fine shopping on ebay. good luck!
