Excellent product
My cheap smart tv can only cast specific links, like youtube links. Chromecast can cast other things too that I find on the smart phone or laptop, such as paramount plus, kanopy, etc, also paramount downloads from the smartphone - I download episodes in the middle of the night when cable traffic is low, and cast the downloads from the smartphone during the day or evening for less strain on the cable system.
