Just plugged it in daisy chain fashion to my other monitor and presto! It works! Just a little power cord damage but it is used so within expectations. The view on the monitor is bright, crisp and clear. I bought this to replace my nearly 15 year-old Cinema display with a mini-video plug, an A1316 model that was flickering. I suspect it is a bad power supply. Thing wear out.
