Based on the film Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams, Spy Kids: Mega Mission Zone gives players a chance to train with Carmen and Juni to become Spy Kids recruits and prepare for the challenging Mega Missions. Kids can participate in a series of different game and puzzle missions at ten different levels of difficulty. R.A.L.P.H., the loyal robot assistant, is featured in certain missions, along with other Spy Kids characters.<br><br>Carmen and Juni will help train new recruits and assign players a series of missions. Rescuing the Third Brain and deactivating the Transmooker Device are examples of the missions' ultimate objectives. To achieve them, players will navigate Floop's Castle while avoiding enemies such as Thumb-Thumbs and Magna Men. R.A.L.P.H.. will help players acquire Machete Spy Gadgets and crack secret codes at OSS Headquarters. A vertically displayed aquatic race features the Super Guppy and Dragon SPY Sub as vehicles used to maneuver through hazardous water environments. <br><br>Before embarking on Mega-Missions, players train their spy kid abilities using keyboard controls. Ten difficulty levels allow players of various skill levels to enjoy the game, and allow for dedicated players to jump ranks. Aside from movie-based missions, the film also inspired various characters and environments, including the Island of Lost Dreams.
