The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!

    Shoe Cabinet Review

    Took a punt as the price was right and the dimensions were perfect for the space we wanted to fit this unit into. It does look intimidating when you lay out all the pieces. You think it will take hours to assemble and you always think the assembly instructions look inadequate. But if you take your time and take a logical approach, the unit comes together quite quickly. All the parts fitted together well. The pre-drilled holes all aligned when you assemble the panels. Only mistake I made was the front panel (kickboard panel at the front) which I had on back-to-front. Overall, the unit looks good (noting it is a basic finish) but the price makes it great value. If you have previous experience putting self-assembly furniture together, you'll find this very straightforward.

    Not made for adults (men's/boys shoes!)

    I have 4 boys & my hubby - bought this to neaten the shoe clutter near front door - yet doesn't fit hubby/older sons shoes unless put in sideways!? - anything larger then a woman's size 8 shoe leaves door popping out - made for little ppl/feet - very disappointed...

    Doesn't fit good amount of shoes

    Unless you're you wear the same size shoe as a 5 year old kid there is no chance you're fitting 21 pairs in this. I managed to get 4 pairs in by angling them all the way and squeezing in another 4 pairs of shoes on the sizes of them which isn't isn't at all practical.

    Terrible

    This was the worst piece of furniture we have ever had to build. It took a few hours for one because the pieces of wood weren't lining up. The shelves kept falling off. The wood peeled and scratched in the corner. The back piece wouldn't stay on. It was absolute rubbish we ended up throwing it in the bin after a week and bought a much better one from ikea. Never again!
