    RPM products are well designed. Aftermarket parts that go beyond OEM parts in terms of service, strength, reliability. This is just a cover. Blue. It does fit snug in its place. Large plug window for clutch nut adjustment. For the price, it matches the blue motor protectors I purchased from RPM. NICE looking and strong

    RPM = Great Quality

    I use use these gear covers because... A. they're molded from a thicker, better, more durable plastic than the stock gear covers. B. As the seller correctly states: "It's completely sealed. Stock gear covers have a large, open gap between the spur gear and the out-drive that allows gear destroying dirt to enter". Two very good reasons to spend less than $5 on an upgrade part.

    Good little upgrade

    Keeps dirts and little rocks from getting in the pinion and spur gears . The stock cover has a space cut out where debris can get in .
