He must also jump from the floor up as there is not the space for any sized cat or kitten to go from the floor to the top level. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this cat scratching tree to anyone. The sisal rope is very fine and the fabric covering the rest is not very substantial or practical for cats. I’m sure the sisal will be clawed off fast.
