Nachdem ich am 08.02.24 mein Case erhalten hatte, musste ich leider feststellen, dass sowohl Verpackung teils aufgerissen als auch das Case selbst stark beschädigt war. Ich gehe davon aus, dass es auf dem Transportweg beschädigt wurde. Habe mit dem Verkäufer Kontakt aufgenommen, und heute 19.02.24 einen identischen Ersatz erhalten.
Sowohl für Reaktionszeit als auch Hilfsbereitschaft des Verkäufers, und natürlich auch das Etui selbst gebe ich gerne die beste Bewertung. Lieben Dank
