The sides will buldge outwards if anything presses against them, even lightly, from the inside. Otherwise, everything went together easily, but the hinge holes in lid were in the wrong place... or right place but with lid wrong way around. I measured in the same distance from opposite end, repositioned hinges (screws go through plastic frame easily) and all worked well.
