I received the box in about 1 week, which can be called fast delivery. The appearance was exactly like the photos, but all the walls were quite thinner than it looks. I did not weight the box, but I reckon it should be about 5-6 kg. It works for me, as I want it for my outdoor furniture cushions, but it is not suitable for hard or heavy items.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
