This thing boooommmmms, I was surprised after seeing that many said it doesn't rattle. In a truck (small space) it really does sound good based on positioning of the amp/sub. It is not the loudest out there but it's definitely clear and better than expected. The controller came damaged, but after contacting the seller I had a new one in a couple days, what more can I ask. I'm so used to the giant boxes and was super skeptical of this shallow subwoofer, it does the trick for small spaces for sure

    Awsome thump for the price.

    Removed ski bag and installed subwoofer in BMW 325. Great sound after setting controls on box and Kenwood head unit. Not loud enough to annoy anyone, but really fills the interior with low end thump. Be creative on your install and this subwoofer will deliver. PRO: Well designed & built for price. Wide range of adjustments available. CON: Made to be mounted opposite of how I needed it, but I made it work.

    Not worth.

    Bought thinking it’d give me a decent sound in my work truck so I wouldn’t go over board with it. Installed it and liked the way it look and it didn’t take up to much space, after tuning it the sound wasn’t all that great and it seamed to rattle a bit. Installed it on a Saturday and by the following Saturday it quit working. Had about maybe 26hrs total play on it. Better off budget building something for a little more then what this thing cost.

    Bogus Reviews!!!!!!

    I have a pair of kicker HS8'S behind the seat of a Porsche boxter-- the reviews on these were impressive I bought 2 of them--I removed one kicker hs8 and put this Rockville 10 inch in it's place-- it wasn't even close!!!! The hs8 played deeper bass and was VERY noticable louder the Rockville reduced output at volume 10 ( I have the Alpine 960 INE) so my final opinion on this?? A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

    Muddy bass

    I purchased 2 of these supposed 800 watt subs. Regardless what the seller or manufacturer claims, these do not hit hard, nor do they have a clear bass note. Did I mention they don't fit under the seats of an F350? If you're not any sort of audiophile you may be satisfied. The subsonic filter is a joke as these subs aren't even capable of producing those levels of bass. They're not deep sounding either. Basically similar to the trashy factory sub that the truck came with. Had my doubts and I was right. Uninstalling as soon as I buy better equipment.

    Not good not great ,just it sounds messy.

    It's not good,and the wait was long it doesn't fit under my seat , do not my buy if you like Bass cause this is definitely not it .
