First time buying from this seller. Items arrived exactly as pictured/described. They were packaged thoroughly to keep from jostling and damage. I might suggest putting books IN the plastic bags as mine arrived in a rain storm--USPS just left it there the dumdums--and they got just a little wet. Still perfectly readable but thought I would suggest it for future shipments. I am happy with my purchase.
