I am an experienced Instant Pot Pro 6 owner familiar with the factory packaging and correct as-delivered setup. This pot, purchased by me as a gift, was shipped to a friend by the vendor. It was described by the seller as "A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging". Upon inspection, it utterly failed to meet this description. The seller did not agree with the evidence presented and refused to provide any further communication. Please see the attached photos.

The item arrived with a tamper-proof factory seal, labels clearly indicating the manufacturing information, and I provided the original invoice statement from the manufacturer. It is our belief that the customer has tampered with the item.
