Arrived fast and in good condition. Relatively easy to put together although the instructions are lacking in some details. Once it's put together, it's reasonably sturdy but the particle board is cheap so you have to take great care with the screws. Overall, good for the price but I doubt it's a piece of furniture that will last long.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
