Just the right size to fit on the shelf above the fridge. Purchased mainly for incubating Greek yoghurt, but have not used it yet. Still need to work out how to set the time and temp. User manual lacked specific instructions for drying food? There were no guidelines on the Devanti site. Guess it's a case of trial and error? Great price, great seller. Thank you.
