the hose reel itself has no big issue, only a little dripping at the connector between hose and spray gun. New South Wales buyers need to pay attention to the tap adaptor, as it's 25mm diameter instead of 30mm. So I ended up buying another tap adapter. Also the anchor bracket uses 12mm screw which creates big hole in current 10-hole-brick wall, i think 10mm screw should be enough to hold the weight.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
