Received package. No outward signs of issue. Upon opening pkg - I encountered black ink in the packaging. Removing the inker showed blank ink leaking - which got on my hands and hence the outside of pkg. The label on the inker looked worn - even tho it was advertised as NEW. I attempted NUMEROUS times to contact the seller to no avail. I even tried just before writing this feedback. I threw the inker out and not happy with the situation. Hopefully the pictures appear.
