Only negative was the item was masking-taped to a piece of cardboard for protection, but they also taped a delicate foam part of the unit that came apart when removed. That is an important part, so I would recommend they NEVER use tape around this area again. But the item was in great condition and they even supplied electrical heat-sink paste which you need for proper installation, a nice extra. Great seller!
