    Works brilliantly as a remote doorbell...

    ... but, not if you want to use it as an intercom. Speech from the outside unit is barely audible. Expect no help from the manufacturers as they appear to have disappeared. The UK website is down and emails are either ignored or unchecked. The idea is brilliant, but the product and is not good enough. Because of pre terminated plugs and connectors, huge holes have to be drilled in order to feed cables anywhere. The cables supplied are ribbon type cable which is very springy and quite impossible to route anywhere. The supplied sticky strips for this are useless! There are several other products on offer from other manufacturers, these should be looked at before buying one of these units. The concept is good but the product is poor.
