The build quality is pretty good. It's understandable that the motor is a bit slow because it's not dual motor, that does not bother me. Daily usage is pretty much as expected. My only complaint would be the fitting of the switch. The holes don't match as the instructions say. And the switch is also on the left side.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
