    If the seat is not comfortable, the chair quality fails.

    The chair is ok except that there are uncomfortable lumps inside the seat. I did not expect to get a chair that requires additional cushioning on the seat. This is very disappointing. My wife purchased an Artiss gaming chair a year or so ago and it is far better quality.
