I was not happy with the way I was treated. I ordered this item I didn’t notice immediately but the part was completely wrong. The person was so rude and disrespectful I felt disappointed I the item was wrong for a BMW 530i. The item is missing the common metal insert without it there is no way to install the spark plugs. This is not correct and to ask me to pay for return is unacceptable
