Ordered genuine OEM BMW part. But what I got had NO BMW markings, no part number, no BMW label, no signs of actually being authentic at all. It still fit, and is just a trim piece that's rarely seen, so it's not worth returning it.

The part that the customer received is indeed a Genuine BMW part, and like we have explained to them Original equipment manufacturers remove part numbers and/or watermarks from their parts they sell via 3rd party retailers like us regularly as to avoid complications with the vehicle brand they're associated with. We offered the customer to return the part for a full refund, however they've decided to keep it.
