    Exactly what I was looking for

    I have been looking for a book that had commercial beer recipes. I bought a different book first and found it had mostly obscure microbrew recipes and not the high volume ones. This book has a good cross section of recipes including extract and all-gain based recipes for each of the 200 recipes in the book. The only con I could find is the Duvel recipe says it is the blending of two different fermentations, but the recipe only has one...
