Positive experience; in truth the item was late, but I think there are tons of problems with international shipping that sellers can't do anything about. I contacted to inquire and the seller was very kind. I didn't expect a refund that soon but the seller granted one anyway, a week after the inquiry when the item still hadn't arrived. It arrived a couple weeks later; the situation was unfair to the seller, but a testament to his/her commitment to customer service; definitely a reliable seller!
