As described by the seller, I never had to contact the seller,item was well wrapped,all very good from the sellers point of view,but was a day late,had a email from royal mail to say delivery would be Thursday 22,between 12 and 3,but never arrived,came on Friday 23 at 1,15.probably kept at the depot until they have enough mail,parcels to do the delivery!!!.
