You really can't go wrong with the price. Shipping takes a little bit more time than we have become accustomed to these days, but for what you get I feel it's worth the wait. Sometimes the hats may not look in pristine shape when they arrive, though I do feel like they try to pack them well. Fortunately, the shape really bounces back with just a little bit of steam from your iron. :) They have been good at communicating, as well as backing their products. I can highly recommend this seller.
