They don’t communicate effectively. Still sending me invoices for items I didn’t purchase or canceled before shipping because they couldn’t or wouldn’t provide communication feedback they would I combine multiple items for ine ship fee. I canceled all items and they were supposed to stop sending invoices and three months later still haven’t removed thos invoices as “pending purchases”. I contacted EBAY who said they would help.
