Excellent! Love these drawers! Just as pictured. No written instructions, just pictures but I didn't have any problems with assembly. The drawer isn't quite deep enough for my things to stand up but that's OK. There was an issue with one of the parts but the seller was happy to send a replacement part asap. The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
