Make sure you read the size of bottle and how much you are getting, I made a mistake and didn’t read and turned out to be a smaller bottle, last time I bought from them I paid same price for bigger bottle. It was my fault but a reminder to always check.

Hi, I think there is some confusion here. The intensive repair cream is in a 50ml jar here. If you are referring to a larger cream jar then maybe there is some confusion between this product and the nutrition or moisture cream as they are produced in a 100ml jar. Currently the intensive repair cream is only available in 50ml and does not have a larger size option available. Please feel free to reach out again should you have any further queries, thank you.

I would recommend buying from Lila Beauty as they were very accomodating to my order mishap and helped me amend my order whilst addressing concerns. Business hours seem to be mon-fri hence replies are within this time, but I still received a prompt response with my query. Packaging was good and product expiry were a year out. Good service.

I received the item with a container that has leakage. The content which is an oil keeps on dripping. Emailed the seller but have not responded at all. Packaging is very poor. Should have been packed inside a box as the item contains liquid. Wondering why, korean products mostly are packed in a box. Have purchased a lot of korean beauty products. This is the first time I purchased without a box. So disappointing. Would not recommend this seller. Poor customer service. Never again.
