      The seller was very communicative when Royal Mail didn't leave a red card to say they'd tried to deliver the item to my house while I was out. The seller gave me the tracking information and helped me resolve the problem. Once (finally) received, I noted that the item was carefully packaged and exactly as described. This is a great seller, slightly hampered at the moment by the decision to use Royal Mail, who were a nightmare to deal with and are currently not fit for purpose.
