      This processor is terrific! It runs well with my Z790 Asus Prime for running gaming PC. It boost me up to 4.7Ghz and I must've say that it does gave me a right performance of gaming PC! Love it!

      Great cpu but a hassle to install compared to amd which are easy to because they already have the mobo bracket with there boards and intel doesn't.

      Top tier gaming rig winner, in bang for the buck

      Really impressed with this CPU. Upgrading from a I-9 9900k to this i-7 12700K, from a Z390 Maximus Hero to a Z690 Maximus Hero, and now I am truly in the top echelon, gaming performance. I'll post a picture of two of how this CPU does. I bought it as a less expensive alternative to the I-9 12900K after researching the real world performance and I was not disappointed. The price was better than either the I 9, or the latest, greatest Ryzen contender, and it flat out won, in bang for the buck. I'm happy with this purchase

      A good sweet spot for an overclocker on a budget.

      While the 12700K isn't the top of the line, at least for me, it was more affordable and very performant. I've had good success overclocking it and actually undervolting it to reduce temperatures! yeah!!
