Porcelain teapot was well wrapped and boxed within a box to give the best protection against breakage. USPS tracking data given quickly with steady updates as well. Very smooth transaction. Shipping price reflected a 2 day delivery with insurance. I wish all porcelain products took the route of the 2 day delivery which comes with insurance from USPS.
