We had some problems with the seller, but we solved these problems by reimbursing some of the money

The buyer stated a day ago an issue with the laptop booting. We instructed him to test the drive and if it failed for some reason we would replace it. Fast forward to today, negative feedback was left before communicating anything to us. The buyer stated another issue (a noisy fan, batt). Units were tested before they shipped but we took his word for it. The buyer agreed to change feedback if we refunded a portion to cover new parts. Quicksilver issued a partial refund and the feedback remains.
