I received the item with a container that has leakage. The content which is an oil keeps on dripping. Emailed the seller but have not responded at all. Packaging is very poor. Should have been packed inside a box as the item contains liquid. Wondering why, korean products mostly are packed in a box. Have purchased a lot of korean beauty products. This is the first time I purchased without a box. So disappointing. Would not recommend this seller. Poor customer service. Never again.
