    excellent

    very infornmative and entertaining. It is full of little know hows that is useful and you can keep this book for a long time because there is such a lot of infromation that you can go back for reviews. I love reading cook books and this one is not only a cook book ,it is more like a Julia Child book with all the little secrets but whole lot cheaper.It will make a good gift for a newly weds or a anyday present.

    I love the fact that its about food. The little tips and tricks that are in this book make this a great reference. Its a must for any proffesional or homemaker.
