    I ordered this collectible doll in original packaging, doll is listed as New & looks pristine on seller's eBay page. But when it arrived, doll box was dented in multiple places. Doll box was not protected when shipped out. It was placed in a single envelope that has built-in bubble wrap, but it's thin layer offering almost no protection. I messaged seller, who asked me to wait so that seller could deal with this, I waited, I continued messaging the seller, & eventually seller stopped replying.
