The module does not work as it should in my 2016 Explorer Limited, the work is expensive since it involves disassembling the vehicle, and they charge around $150 USD for disassembly and another $150 USD, and another $70 USD to clear DTCs. I contacted the seller to explain my problem but he asked me again for the module for a refund, which makes no sense given how expensive it is to do that work. I better get the OEM

Item came in a better condition than described. I expected a few wear and tear dents, but it had one light scratch on the chassis. Keys, screen, everything looked pretty mint aside light usage. Item was well packaged to ensure no damage in transit would occur and used a reputable shipper (NOT YOU, USPS!) Seller didn't notice it was missing the HDD caddy, but that's not a deal breaker, as it was described as is. He responded quickly to verify the information, so honest mistake, no harm done.
