Stirrer works better than expected but the hotplate definitely doesn't get to 200C as stated in the listing & on the Vevor website & is much closer to the 80C it states in the manual, maybe F & C got confused in the translation somewhere but it still doesn't quite get 400ml of water up to 200F either & topped out at around 86C. Still not bad for the price though.
