    Great read!

    This book is a compelling read. It is part autobiographical and part human interest. It is a story of a WWII romance that sadly didn’t come to fruition due to wartime complications. It is also a historical account of the air war over France and Germany in the early years and of the Allied Forces over Japan leading up to the end of WWII. It also contains much history of the pilots growing up in and around the Biltmore Estate near Asheville, NC.

    The Man Who Flew the Memphis Belle

    Again, what a wonderful book written telling the great stories of the fighting in the skies over Europe. Great photos as well in this book. A must read for any WWII buff
